By downloading or using any application developed by TechDevZen, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our applications.

📱Use of Applications

Our applications are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the apps to stream or distribute copyrighted content without authorisation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or modify any part of the apps
• Use the apps to transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content
• Circumvent any security or access control mechanisms
• Resell or sublicense the apps or any portion thereof

📺Content Responsibility

Our media player applications (e.g., Pro IPTV) allow users to load their own playlists (M3U/M3U8). TechDevZen:

• Does not provide, host or distribute any media content
• Is not responsible for the content accessed through user-provided playlists
• Does not guarantee the availability or legality of third-party streams

💳Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription managed through Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

🛡️Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and design elements within our apps are the intellectual property of TechDevZen and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our apps without express written permission.

⚠️Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or Android versions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDevZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our applications.
